CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy At Hexed Hair, now located inside KP Signature Suites, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for our clients, please review our policies below: • Deposits: All new clients are required to pay a 30% deposit to secure their appointment. Deposits must be paid immediately at the time of booking, or the appointment will be forfeited. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Any canceled appointments will now be charged a 30% cancellations fee and if you are a new client you will forfeit your deposit. Appointments that are not rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time will also forfeit their deposit. No-shows will automatically forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay for future services. • Appointment Confirmations: All appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically canceled and deposits forfeited. • Salon Policy: To maintain a calm, professional, and safe environment for all guests, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are the client receiving the service. We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate you and keep your deposit intact.
